Respiratory Care Program

Thank you for your interest in the Respiratory Care Program at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.  As part of the admission process, the following must be completed prior to acceptance into the Respiratory Care Program:

          1.  Fill out a Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Application

                        This should have been completed prior to the mailing of this packet.

          Any misstatement on the application may be cause for refusal of admission,
            or, if discovered after the candidate has been accepted, may be cause for
            dismissal.

          2.  Send any previous transcripts to the Admissions Office

                See enclosed Transcripts Form

          3.  Shadow a Respiratory Therapist

                See enclosed Shadowing Letter and Verification Form

          4.  Complete a Criminal Background Check
                See enclosed Directions for Completing a Criminal Background Check

          5.  Schedule an interview with the Respiratory Care Program Faculty

This should be done only after the shadowing and the criminal background check have been completed.  Please see enclosed Directions on Scheduling an Interview.
