Alumni Awards

One of the most important functions of the Alumni Association is recognizing the accomplishments of our alumni. We would like your input! If you know a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology who has achieved outstanding success in their field, created a business venture, or demonstrated strong commitment or service to the college, please complete and submit the Alumni Awards Nomination form below.

Nominations are reviewed by the Alumni Awards Committees. Award recipients are honored during an Alumni Awards Banquet. Nomination forms are due by August for Committee review and selection.

All nominations are reviewed by the Alumni Awards committee. Chosen candidates are honored at the Spring Alumni Banquet. Nomination forms are due by the end of December of the previous year before the Alumni Banquet (i.e. award is to be given in Spring 2015, nominations are due by December 2014)

Spirit of Alumni Achievement Award - One of the most important functions of the Alumni Association is recognizing the accomplishments of our alumni. We would like your input! If you know a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology who has achieved outstanding success in their field, created a business venture, or demonstrated strong commitment or service to the college, please complete and submit the Alumni Awards Nomination form. All nominations are reviewed by the Alumni Awards committee. Chosen candidates are honored at the Spring Alumni Banquet.

Alumni Service to the College Award – This award is to recognize an alumnus who has consistently demonstrated extraordinary commitment, dedication, leadership and service to the advancement of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, the Foundation or the Alumni Association.

Corporate Partner Award – Awarded to a business or corporation that has demonstrated outstanding collaboration with Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

Honorary Alumnus – This award is presented to an individual who is not a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology but gives their time, talent and enthusiasm as if they were.

Distinguished Alumni Entrepreneur Award – This award honors a graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology who has created a successful business venture, product or service that demonstrates innovation and brings recognition to the College.

Alumni Citizenship Award – Presented to alumni who have distinguished themselves in service to humanity by having performed significant voluntary service to their community beyond the call of business or professional duty.

Outstanding Young Alumni Award – This award is presented to a recent graduate (within the past 15 years) who has demonstrated early career achievement.

If available, please submit a current resume or curriculum vitae for the nominee to the Alumni Office or send it via mail to the office.

Special Notes:

Nominee must have completed the required course work needed to graduate from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology (except nominees for the Corporate Partner and Honorary Alumnus Awards)

Current members of the Alumni Association or Foundation boards are excluded from nomination

Awards may not be given posthumously
