Leadership Lancaster College Core Program
Ten future female leaders graduated from the program
Lancaster, PA: Ten Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology female students graduated from the Leadership Lancaster College Core Program during the College’s Spring Break. This is the first year the program was held at the College.
“It was such a fun and inspiring week working with the young women at TSCT,” said Erin Sell, Leadership Lancaster Coordinator. “We hope they take all aspects of the program and match their strengths with community organizations to be an amazing group of advocates!”

Each session throughout the week was held at various locations throughout Lancaster County. Each session focused on an aspect of the Lancaster County community and are mirrored from the Leadership Lancaster Core Program.
Topics included a county tour, government, health and human services, public education and arts and culture.
The mission
“It’s a great program and I hope they got much out of it as I did,” said Melissa Wisniewski, Director of Financial Aid and Leadership Lancaster Core Class of ’17. “I enjoyed sharing the experience with the young women."
All the students participated for free through a scholarship provided by the College.
