CONGRATULATIONS! You are now one of the nearly 900 students at one of the finest educational communities in Pennsylvania. Our hope is that you will become one of the more than 7,000 Stevens alumni who are living throughout the country.
We will do all that we can to guarantee your success as a citizen of this community, but remember... success is a partnership, and you must do your part too. Become involved in the activities of the College, both academically and socially. Bring constructive criticisms and suggestions to the attention of the staff.
We have been in the business of educating trade/technical students since 1905 and are known to be a leader among technical colleges in America. SUNDAY through WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 13 – 16, 2017
Welcome to Stevens! Orientation provides a smooth transition to college and equips you with the knowledge and skills to help ensure your success as a college student. As long as you have met all of the admission requirements, you will report to campus on Sunday, August 13.
Your attendance is required each day of Orientation: Sunday, August 13 through Tuesday, August 15.
Note: Wednesday, August 16 attendance is required for anyone who has not completed the online orientation course by then. More information about Online Orientation is provided below.
ARRIVING ON CAMPUS
RESIDENT STUDENTS
- Check in at your residence hall on Sunday, August 13,between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- Your room assignment will be posted on the Student Portal on or after Thursday, July 20.
- After moving into your room, report to the Multipurpose Activities Center (MAC) for Orientation Check-In. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. for check-in.
COMMUTING STUDENTS
Check in at the Multipurpose Activities Center (MAC) Sunday, August 13, between 12:00 and 1:15 p.m.
FOOTBALL PLAYERS
All football players will report to the Multipurpose Activities Center (MAC) Wednesday, August 9, at 11:00 a.m. Football players living on campus during the Fall Semester will move into their dorms on this day.
