Continuing Education After Thaddeus Stevens College

Are you planning to pursue continuing education after you graduate from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology?

We created pathways for graduates of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology – through articulation agreements with other colleges and universities – to support you in transferring credits to another college or university after earning your associate degree. 

As a Middle States-accredited institution, credits earned at Thaddeus Stevens College transfer well to other postsecondary institutions. This page highlights pathways with our Preferred Partners, who honor significant credits for our graduates, making continued education more efficient and affordable.

Preferred Partners

Associated Builders and Contractors, Keystone Chapter

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology graduates from various programs can earn up to two years of instructional credit toward a Registered Apprenticeship with Associated Builders and Contractors, Keystone Chapter. Eligibility requires an average of 80% or higher in technical courses and a minimum attendance of 95%. Specific program information can be provided by Career Services.

Central Penn College 

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Business Administration graduates can enter the Central Penn College Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. Graduates from other programs can apply up to 75 TSCT credits to one of Central Penn’s parallel bachelor’s degree programs.

Drexel University

Drexel University and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology signed an agreement that allows students who graduate with an associate degree in Computer and Network Systems Administration (CNSA) or Business Administration from Thaddeus Stevens College to move seamlessly into Drexel University to pursue a related undergraduate program at Drexel. Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology graduates are also eligible for The Drexel Promise, which provides students who have earned an associate degree with a renewable scholarship for 50% of the cost of tuition as they work to complete their bachelor’s degree as a Drexel Dragon.

Millersville University

Students who receive an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer and Network Systems Administration (CNSA) from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology may apply those credits toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Students who receive an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology may apply those credits to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Millersville University.

Pennsylvania College of Technology

All graduates from the Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, and Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration associate degree programs may complete the bachelor’s degree in Building Automation Engineering Technology in as little as two years. Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology graduates must meet admissions eligibility criteria to be considered. If accepted, students must take at least 36 credits from Pennsylvania College of Technology and meet all program requirements. Additionally, students who complete the Associate of Applied Science in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration may pursue a bachelor’s degree in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Technology at Pennsylvania College of Technology with the same requirements listed above and the ability to graduate in two years.

Penn State Harrisburg

Students who complete the Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology can pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Additionally, students who complete the Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology can pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Penn State Harrisburg via a seamless transfer of credits. All Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology graduates may apply credits toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies.

Villanova University College of Professional Studies

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology associate degree graduates with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher are eligible for admission into a bachelor’s degree program offered within the College of Professional Studies at Villanova University. Merit reduction scholarships of up to 25% are available based on overall GPA for up to six semesters. Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa who qualify may receive additional scholarship funding.

Waynesburg University

Graduates of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Associate Degree programs are guaranteed admission and are ensured a seamless transfer and timely program pathway for the completion of a bachelor’s degree from Waynesburg University. Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology graduates will enter Waynesburg University at the Junior year academic level (minimally 60 credits) and will be eligible for Transfer Scholarships as outlined in the Waynesburg University catalog.
