Student ID

All students will receive an official identification (ID) card at the beginning of their first semester at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.

The student ID card serves many purposes - it's required at our dining locations, to check out materials in our library, to gain access to the student's dorm room, and more. 

At TSCT, students have the opportunity to use their own photo in their student ID. The photo must be recent/new and adhere to the following guidelines:

• No spots or shadows
• Photo only includes one person
• No hats or head coverings (unless worn for religious purposes)
• Entire face is visible (shoulders to head) and is facing the camera
• No sunglasses (both eyes are visible)

Please email your photo - in jpeg format - to our Business Office ( ) within 30 days of the date you received a request for your photo. When emailing your photo, please include your name, date of birth, and your student ID number (your student ID number is located at the top of your Agreement of Admission).
