Not every two-year college features the on-campus housing, dining services, intercollegiate athletics, financial aid, and student activities found at Thaddeus Stevens College.

Get to know us

One of Stevens’ many strengths is its diversity: ethnically, racially, socio-economically, and academically. In our programs, you’ll find students thriving in the applied sciences, learning business skills, pursuing entrepreneurship, engaging in community service, building projects they can be proud of, and connecting with others. This diversity, ever reflective of society’s workplace, is a valuable component of our students’ education. Student Activities

Students will find many activities ongoing during both the Spring and Fall semesters at Thaddeus Stevens College. These include gardening nights, game nights, bonfires, s’mores making, haunted houses, decorating competitions, and scavenger hunts. Dozens of clubs and groups are planning events to connect and engage students.

Dining

Jones Dining Hall can be found on our main campus, serving meals seven days a week. Our main campus also features the Campus Grill in the Schwalm building, and our Griscom Education Center has a café near its entrance. Meal plans are available to students in 5-day-week or 7-day-week increments, and meals can also be purchased individually.

Thaddeus Stevens College hosts a robust IT department that includes advising students on technology options, supporting their technical questions and needs, and providing access to the right tools.

Athletics

More than 100 student-athletes showcase their talent on five intercollegiate teams competing across the Commonwealth and the tri-state area. Our programs are known for their success within their leagues. They also create immeasurable lifelong impacts through skills learned and connections made.

The College has a store on its main campus with coffee, snacks, swag, and a variety of clothing and gifts. Its location is across the parking lot from the Kreider building. There is also a smaller House of Champ in Griscom Education Center with a selection of items, and a popup trailer often at sports competitions, other college locations, and events.

Events

The College regularly hosts events with our campus community! These include Open Houses, tailgate parties, and awards banquets. The event will note if attendance is open to all or to a specific group, and you’ll be able to register from the event page.

Campus Map

Thaddeus Stevens College includes five locations. You can view details of exactly what is in each building on our campus details page.

  1. Main Campus, housing administrative offices, general education classrooms, library, dining hall, gym, college store, residence halls, and trade programs.
  2. Greiner Advanced Manufacturing Center, hosting multiple trade programs as well as classroom and meeting space.
  3. Griscom Education Center, which includes a café, residence life hallways, several technical and trade programs, recreation and study rooms, a small college store, and our main security office.
  4. Thaddeus Stevens College at Greenfield, with multiple trade labs and classrooms.
  5. Transportation Center, where our transportation-focused trade programs are housed.

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology has five locations, as well as a residence hall on Millersville University’s campus. To support students, the College provides shuttles throughout the day between all five locations and residence halls, ensuring students are able to attend classes and navigate their responsibilities and activities on campus.
