We are thrilled to announce that one of our esteemed faculty members, Dr. Bogale, has been selected for the prestigious Fulbright U.S. Scholar Award for the academic year 2024-2025. This award is a result of Dr. Bogale’s significant contributions to academia and leadership in fostering global understanding and cooperation. He teaches mathematics and serves as a member of the curriculum review committee. He also serves as a professional academic advisor to two technical programs. 

The Fulbright Program, the world’s largest and most diverse international educational exchange initiative, aims to enhance mutual understanding between the people of the United States and those of other countries. As a Fulbrighter, Dr. Bogale joins an illustrious alumni group including Nobel laureates, Pulitzer Prize winners, judges, ambassadors, and many other distinguished individuals.

Dr. Bogale will not only conduct impactful research but also build lasting cooperative relationships with international partners in educational, political, cultural, economic, and scientific arenas. We are proud of Dr. Bogale’s achievement and confident that his work under the Fulbright Scholarship will enrich our academic community. The knowledge and experiences Dr. Bogale gains during his time in Ethiopia will undoubtedly be shared with peers and students alike, continuing the tradition of service, leadership, and excellence at the college.
