Villanova University and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology have signed a new articulation agreement to provide a streamlined path for students transferring from Thaddeus Stevens College to Villanova. This agreement allows graduates of Thaddeus Stevens College’s two-year technical programs to pursue a four-year degree at Villanova, provided they maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
“Our mission is to open doors to higher education for students who might not otherwise have that available to them,” said Pedro Rivera, president of Thaddeus Stevens College. “One of the ways we fulfill that mission is by partnering with other institutions throughout Pennsylvania, providing a direct pathway to continued education and a career in a high-demand field with family-thriving wages.”
Villanova’s Dean, Christine Palus, noted that this agreement strengthens educational opportunities for students in Pennsylvania, offering them a direct path to rewarding careers.
Students interested in transferring must complete the admissions process, including submitting an undergraduate application and official transcripts. This partnership ensures students receive guidance on academic requirements and support as they transition to Villanova.
