Dr. Kesha Morant Williams Recognized in City & State PA’s Black Trailblazers List

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology is proud to announce that Dr. Kesha Morant Williams, Vice President of Academic Affairs, has been recognized by City & State Pennsylvania in its annual Black Trailblazers list. This prestigious recognition celebrates her outstanding leadership and commitment to expanding educational access across the Commonwealth. 

Dr. Morant Williams embodies our mission as an architect of opportunity through her comprehensive oversight of the College’s academic divisions and programs. Her leadership encompasses admissions, financial aid, student success, K-16 partnerships, and continuing education – all critical components that help transform lives through hands-on technical education. 

“This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating pathways to family-sustaining careers through accessible education,” said Dr. Morant Williams. “At Thaddeus Stevens College, we’re dedicated to opening doors for students who might not otherwise have access to transformative technical education.” 

With a doctorate in health and relational communication from Howard University, Dr. Morant Williams brings exceptional expertise to her role at the College. Her dedication to equitable higher education access has earned her multiple honors, including Penn State Harrisburg’s 2023 Alumni Achievement Award and the NAACP Lancaster’s Dr. Rita Smith-Wade-El Higher Education Award in 2024. 

Under her leadership, Thaddeus Stevens College continues to deliver real-world results through industry-experienced faculty, extensive hands-on learning opportunities, and strong employer connections that lead to our impressive 98% placement rate.
