State pement from PA State Police released 2/24/25: On February 23, 2025, The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J. Lancaster Station released information of gunshots being fired at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology located at 750 E. King St. Lancaster City, Lancaster County at approximately 4:39 p.m. Investigation by Lacnaster Criminal Investigation Unit determined an unknown male walked between teh dorms on the main campus and fired multiple shots from a firearm. The gunshots were fired in no particular direction, and no one sustained injury. Troopers were able to obtain video surveillance of the unknown to contact Lancaster Staion at 717-299-7650. THe Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J. Lancaster Staion is collaborating with the administration at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology to ensure the safety of the students and staff.
