Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology offers FREE summer camps for elementary and middle school students to explore and broaden student's minds! Get on your hard hats, because we're taking you on a STEM journey.

Please note: Each child may only be registered for one summer camp.

 

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology hosts multiple series of day camps for rising 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders, designed to give students a hands-on STEM experience. "Archie's Math Camp" introduces students to basic math concepts and applies these concepts to fun activities. The Stevens Experience gives students a well-rounded introduction to applied technology concepts.

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology hosts four one-week day camps for rising 7th and 8th-grade students from area school districts.  "Introduction to Digital Photography" will provide students with experience in the creative field of digital photography and the artistic possibilities with the Adobe Photoshop computer application. Carpentry teaches students how to use the basic functions of construction and building principles. "Robotics to the Rescue" campers will analyze, design and build various rescue-themed robots while exercising creativity and critical thinking skills. "STEM and Physics" explores how the science of nature works around us.
