Thaddeus Stevens College Announces Promotions, New Staff
Lancaster, PA—Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology has promoted Michael DeGroft to dean of enrollment services and Christopher Metzler to dean of student services.
DeGroft, of Lancaster, is a 2003 graduate of Thaddeus Stevens, where has been employed since. Most recently he served as director of financial aid and registrar. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College.
Metzler, of Mount Joy, joined the college in 2003. Most recently he was director of student services and athletic director. He earned a doctorate from Northcentral (Ariz.) University and holds a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.
Thaddeus Stevens has also hired Melissa Wisniewski as director of financial aid.
Wisniewski, of Mountville, spent the past three years as campus director of enrollment service and financial aid at HACC’s Lancaster campus. Wisniewski holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University.
